  1. I have a sigg bottle. I can’t call it hot and I can’t call it cold. The contents always reach room temp within an hour or so. What is wrong with the bottle?

    1. HI Ellen! Hopefully we can be of some help! Would you be able to send pictures to customerservice@siggnorthamerica.com so that we can investigate this matter. Are you sure it is a thermal bottle? It may be one of our Aluminum single walled bottles or the vacuum seal could have been broken on the Thermal bottles.
